He married Barbara MAIER Bretl in Hirschau, Bohemia (Hyrsov), circa 1930. Barbara was born 4 DEC 1909 in Friedrichsthal 29, Taus, Bohemia [Chalupy]. Barbara⁽⁴⁴³⁾ was the daughter of Franz MAIER and Margaret WITTMAN Maier. Barbara died 15 NOV 1980 in Viereth, Germany, at 70 years of age.
