Wolfgang died 26 AUG 1948 in Park Falls, Price County, Wisconsin, at 84 years of age. MRS. WOLFGANG PRTTZL - PIONEER HERE TAKEN Mrs. Wolfgang Pritzl Sr. for many years a resident of Park Falls, died, at 7:15 a.m. Sunday, July 16th, after a long illness. Mrs. Pritzl was born June 4, 1866 in Germany. At the time of her death she was 68 years, one month and 12 days old. On June 28th, 1888 she was married in Germany to Mr. Pritzl. Two years later they came to this country, settling at Fifield where they lived for four years until they moved to Park Falls in 1894. She is survived by her husband; six sons, Frank, Wolfgang Jr., John, Alois, Joseph and Mike; and four daughters, Mary at home, Mrs. Frances Bastian, Mrs. Rose Polakovich, and Mrs. Anne Buschman of Twin Lakes. She is also survived by one brother, John Brandl of Sleepy Bye, Minn., and 27 grandchildren. Funeral services were conducted 9 a.m. Tuesday St. Anthony's church. Rev. Fr. Benke officiating. Burial was in Nola Cemetery. As one of the pioneer settlers of this community, the passing of Mrs. Pritzl is mourned by all.
