Rebuilding Together Highlands County, Inc. is dedicated to the premise that everyone should have, at the very least, a simple, decent, and safe place to live.

We challenge you to join us as we try to eliminate substandard housing in Highlands County, Florida by connecting homeowners with the resources available to improve their quality of life.



We have...

• Defined the local housing problem (determined the amount of substandard housing).
  
  
  
• Organized a properly constituted local initiative.
  
  
  
• Set a realistic date by which to solve the problem.
  
  
  
• Involved the community in the effort.
  
  
  
• Developed a work plan and budget.

Our goal is both immediate and long range. As we engage churches and civic groups, we are able to handle more home safety issues and establish home repairs. We are also providing homeowners the opportunity to access resources, grants, loans, and the contribution of helping, willing hands.

Our homes are the haven for everything essential in order to have a life of hope.
