        Nowhere has the explosion of knowledge and the impact of modern technology on human lives been more apparent than in the field of science.  To meet the challenge of rapidly changing technology and to provide a solid foundation in science education our coursework is based on the Mississippi Science Framework and the Tech Prep CORD Applications.  Our department strives to prepare students for making informed decisions in the future, for post-secondary coursework, as well as for today's workplace.
