Mrs. Amy Wright is beginning her 34th year in the field of education.  She worked for 28 years in Meridian Public Schools.  She has been at Clarkdale 6 years teaching Technology Discovery, Physics and Web Design.

Ms. Wright received her National Board Certification in 2001.  She received her B.S. degree from Mississippi State University in 1970.  She later received her M.S. and A.A.A. degree from University of West Alabama. 

Ms. Wright is married and the mother of three sons and the grandmother of one.  Roland, Jr. graduated from Millsaps with a M.A.C. and is a field auditor for Watkins in Lakeland, Florida.  Andy received a B.S. degree from University of Southern  Mississippi and is now a medical student at Wake Forest University in Winston Salem, North Carolina.  Josh is a junior engineering major at Mississippi State University.
