HCARC Board Meeting

John Bliss, KF4IZT, called the HCARC Board meeting to order at  7:00 pm.

Attendees were:
      John Bliss, KF4IZT, President 
      Fred Seely, AA4ME, Secretary 
      Ed Porter, Sr.,KI4JVQ, Treasurer 
      Ed Porter, AG4ZM,  Board Member
      Tracy Rankin, KK2U, Board Member
      Bob Meyer, WA0NZI, Board Member
      Jim Albright, KC8YYS, visitor

Treasurer Ed Porter, Sr, reported that club funds total $5,848.28.  
The 2008 Hamfest netted $508.91 after all expenses.

There will be a club picnic on Saturday, March 15 at 11:30 at Istokpoga Park.

Ed Porter, AG4ZM suggested that the club sponsor a license class.  It was also
Suggested that Boy Scout groups be contacted.

Fred Seely reported that Ginger from the County Ag Center requested that she
be notified in advance if the testing room is not needed.  Fred will notify Dennis Koranda.
