Married Louisa Pritzl, third child of Frank X. and Mary Meidl Pritzl. Les was from Elgin Ill. and graduated from Northwestern University in Evanston, Ill. The family settled in Elgin Ill. which is a suburb of Chicago Ill. He worked in the Offices of Commonwealth Edison Co. of Ill. in Chicago until his death. He had a heart attack in the morning, was received into the Catholic Church, and died that evening in the hospital at Elgin, Ill. Les and Louise had three daughters, Carol, Mary Lou and Judy.

OBIT - Leslie J Humbracht - Elgin Paper - From Rev J Pritzl - 6/89 Leslie J Humbracht, 60, of 76 Sheridan St, a 40 year employee of Commonwealth Edison Co, Chicago, died unexpectedly Saturday in St Joseph's Hospital following a brief illness. Born May 2, 1903, in Harmony, he had been a resident of Elgin the past 41 years. Mr Humbracht had worked in accounting and statistical departments and prior to his death was staff assistant to the plant accounting department of Commonwealth Edison Co. He was a member of St Joseph Church of Elgin and Elgin Elks Club. Survivors include his widow, Louise; three daughters, Judi Humbracht, a student in Bradley University, Peoria, Mrs Henry (Mary Lou) Hoffman of Peoria and Mrs Robert (Carol) Stupay of Saudia Arabia; two sisters, Mrs F A (Laura) Beu of Macomb and Mrs Edna French of Park Ridge. He was preceded in death by his parents. Funeral services will be at 9 Wednesday from O'Connor Funeral Home to St Joseph Church for mass at 9:30. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery. Friends may call after Tuesday noon at the funeral home where Rosary will be recited at 8:15 Tuesday evening.

PEORIA - Mary Louise "Mary Lou" Hoffman, 68, of Peoria died at 7:05 p.m. Sunday, March 30, 2003, at her home.

She was born July 27, 1934, in Elgin to Leslie and Louise Pritzl Hombracht.

Surviving are two daughters, Laurie Hoffman of Bloomington and Deborah Hoffman of Peoria; and two sisters, Judi (and Norman) Pearson of Glenview and Carole Stupay of Fort Myers, Fla.

She received a bachelor's degree from Marquette University and worked in accounting at Thompson's Food Basket until retiring in 1994. She was a member of the Welsh Terrier Club.

She was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Peoria.

A funeral Mass will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at her church, where visitation will be 30 minutes before. The Rev. Glenn Harris will officiate. Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery. Wilton Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.

Memorials may be made to her church.

4 iii. Judith Ann HUMBRACHT Pearson⁽¹²⁰⁸⁾ was born in Elgin, Kane County, Illinois 22 JUN 1944. Judith died 21 OCT 2004 in Glenview, Cook County, Illinois, at 60 years of age. Leukemia Her body was interred 25 OCT 2004 in Des Plaines, Cook County, Illinois, All Saints Cemetery.
