Welcome. My name is Darrell. In October of 1994, I was involved in an ATV (All Terrain Vehicle) accident that broke my neck leaving me classified as a C5-C6 quadriplegic. That day the struggles began but also victories have been won.
What is it like to be perfectly healthy one second and after one week in the hospital waking up and being told I was paralyzed? A huge shock, but what could I do but except what I had to deal with at that particular time. The doctors, nurses, and psychiatrist tried to help me cope, but I have learned that the only psychiatrist I need is Jesus Christ. With a strong faith and trust in Jesus Christ, the body can overcome.
I have experienced a few things that I would like to share with you. Below you will find some helpful information and my new hobbies that have helped me deal with this change in life. I hope you enjoy your visit here. Please come back often and "Praise the Lord".
